On February 24, the company held a sales work conference in Conference Room No. 5. Company leaders, all sales personnel, and heads of relevant functional departments attended the meeting.
Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Zeng Ran attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Focusing on key topics such as the macroeconomic situation, industry development trends, and the transformation of sales strategies, he provided guidance and set forth requirements for the company’s sales team to achieve high-quality development. He emphasized that sales efforts must accelerate the realization of three major transformations:
One is Persist in proactive exploration, strengthen collaboration between upper and lower levels and inter-departmental coordination, and drive marketing efforts toward more proactive engagement and collaborative problem-solving, thereby pooling a powerful synergy of shared goals and united determination.
Second is Persist in precise and in-depth cultivation, driving customer development toward targeted focus and strategic deployment, and concentrating efforts on tackling high-value customers and high-value-added product categories.
Third is Adhere to end-to-end services, implement a “one-company-one-policy” approach, provide customized solutions, promote a shift toward precision in service delivery models, and build a professional and efficient customer service system.
At the meeting, the Sales Department reported on the achievement of sales performance for 2025. The Tool Research Institute presented updates on the progress of core product development and the results achieved in quality improvement. The Finance Department provided an overview of the operational performance of each sales subsidiary for 2025. Sales targets for 2026 were assigned to each sales subsidiary, and a signing ceremony for the business target responsibility agreements was held. Additionally, advanced subsidiaries and outstanding individuals with exceptional performance were recognized and awarded.
This meeting serves as both an annual review and summary of sales performance, as well as a strategic deployment and mobilization conference to build momentum and tackle tough challenges. In the new year, all sales team members will take this meeting as an opportunity to proactively transform themselves, embrace their mission with courage, and go all out to achieve our annual goals and tasks, thereby making new and greater contributions to driving the company’s high-quality development.
