The company held the 2025 annual democratic life meeting for Party member leading cadres.

On February 13, Hanjiang Tools held its 2025 annual democratic life meeting for Party members and leading cadres. Ma Xuyao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Qinchuan Group, attended the meeting to provide guidance and offer comments. Zeng Ran, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hanjiang Tools, presided over the meeting, which was attended by all members of the leadership team.

The Party Committee of the company attaches great importance to and has meticulously planned the successful holding of this democratic life meeting. Prior to the meeting, we rigorously deepened theoretical study in accordance with requirements, extensively solicited opinions and suggestions, conducted thorough heart-to-heart talks, and carefully prepared the self-examination and对照检查 materials, thereby making comprehensive preparations for a high-quality democratic life meeting.

The meeting reported on the study, education, rectification, and improvement efforts related to the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation; the implementation of corrective measures from the 2024 democratic life conference; and the status of soliciting opinions at this meeting. Each member of the leadership team then conducted their own individual self-examinations, placing themselves, their responsibilities, and their work squarely in the spotlight. Their self-criticism was direct and candid, without any attempt to hide or downplay issues, while mutual criticism was open and sincere, reflecting a courageous willingness to turn the knife inward and a spirit of self-revolution. This approach has effectively fostered consensus, strengthened unity, and promoted work progress.

Chairman Ma Xuyao praised the quality and effectiveness of this democratic life meeting, noting that the preparatory work beforehand was thorough, the self-examination and analysis were profound, the mutual criticism was insightful, and the corrective measures were concrete. As a result, the meeting achieved excellent outcomes in deepening understanding, clarifying direction, improving work styles, and promoting implementation. He put forward three points of advice:

After the democratic life meeting, Chairman Ma Xuyao went to the Hanjiang Tool Production Site to conduct on-site research and provide guidance. He visited the production workshops in depth, inspecting firsthand the status of safe production, working conditions, and equipment operation. He also gained a detailed understanding of product market development, overtime arrangements during holidays, on-duty shifts, and the implementation of emergency management measures.

This survey has further clarified the direction and refined the thinking for Hanjiang Tools’ key tasks in 2026.
