On May 6, the company held a sales work conference in Conference Room No. 5. Zeng Ran, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Company leaders, all sales personnel, and heads of relevant functional departments also attended.
The meeting briefed on the progress in achieving sales targets for January–April, outlined the mechanisms for handling market feedback and the plan for establishing a sales collection performance appraisal system, and assigned specific work tasks. It also provided an interpretation of the incentive scheme for the “One Enterprise, One Policy” targeted initiative and organized specialized training on ERP system operations.
Zeng Ran, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, conducted a thorough analysis of the current sales situation and put forward five key requirements for the next phase of work:
First, establish robust mechanisms and ensure rapid response. Improve the mechanism for feedback and handling of market-related issues, clearly categorize issues, strengthen accountability, and ensure timely response, efficient coordination, and regular review and assessment.
Second, implement targeted policies and achieve breakthroughs in key areas. Deepen the “One Enterprise, One Strategy” targeted initiative, focus on the needs of key customers, closely monitor progress and outcomes, and deploy precise measures to break through business bottlenecks.
Third, rigorously manage risk and revitalize capital. Strengthen accounts receivable management, establish and improve a performance appraisal and reward-punishment system, and rigorously implement incentive and restraint mechanisms.
Fourth, optimize the layout and enhance quality and efficiency. Coordinate and optimize the customer mix, product mix, and sales collection mix; allocate resources appropriately; and intensify promotion of key products.
Fifth, deepen service offerings and extend the value chain. Accelerate the development of grinding and refurbishment services and branch network expansion, optimize equipment and staffing, strengthen collaboration with coating companies, and enhance service efficiency and customer loyalty.
The company’s Commission for Discipline Inspection has issued a reminder regarding integrity risks among sales personnel, urging all employees to strengthen their ideological defenses and ensure the healthy conduct of business operations.
Following the meeting, a monthly sales analysis session was promptly convened. Each subsidiary reported in detail on its progress against targets, squarely addressed key business challenges, and shared strategies for breaking through bottlenecks.
This meeting further aligned thinking and reinforced accountability. Moving forward, all departments will closely follow the meeting’s directives, strengthen collaboration, ensure rigorous implementation, and make every effort to achieve the annual sales targets, thereby driving the company’s sustained and steady growth.
