Clarify the direction, strengthen measures, and go all out to deliver in the second quarter.

On May 12, the company held its first-quarter 2026 business review meeting, comprehensively summarizing operational performance, conducting an in-depth analysis of existing shortcomings, and outlining key priorities for the next phase. Zeng Ran, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting reported on the company’s performance against key first-quarter metrics, and several production plants and functional departments presented updates on their respective special projects.

Zeng Ran, Party Secretary and Chairman, reviewed the progress made in the first quarter and outlined four key requirements for the next phase of work:

First, dynamically optimize key tasks and make effective use of performance assessments as a guiding tool. Continuously refine the performance appraisal system, uphold a balanced approach that emphasizes both incentives and accountability, and strengthen the positive guiding role of performance evaluation.

Second, we will intensify debt collection efforts to fortify our financial defenses. Focus on effectively addressing the critical task of accounts receivable, strengthen cross-departmental coordination and collaboration, and enhance the quality and efficiency of collections.

Third, adopt tailored policies to invigorate grassroots units. All units must analyze the root causes, formulate targeted measures, and maintain sustained efforts in technological breakthroughs, delivery‑schedule assurance, and management improvement, thereby enhancing their ability to respond swiftly to market changes.

Fourth, leverage lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency. We will deepen the implementation of lean manufacturing, foster a sense of the bigger picture and a “whole‑team” mindset across all employees, ensure on‑time product delivery through efficiency improvements, and achieve cost reductions and productivity gains throughout the entire value chain.

The meeting called on all departments to promptly convey its spirit, translate the outlined requirements into concrete actions, unlock potential and enhance efficiency across the entire value chain, and make every effort to deliver a strong second-quarter performance, thereby ensuring that both key targets for the first half of the year are met.

Company leaders, heads of all units, department directors, and planning and dispatch personnel from the branch plants attended the meeting.
