The company held a symposium for newly hired employee representatives.

On September 10, the company held a symposium with representatives of newly hired employees. Zeng Ran, Party Secretary and Chairman, along with Zhang Yinhang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, engaged in a candid discussion with the new hires and key technical personnel from the Cutting Tools Research Institute, sharing insights on personal growth and outlining plans for the future together.

The seminar kicked off with a "Youth Report," where new employees shared their two-month experiences of the work environment, insights on integrating into the team, and practical reflections from their roles. Their presentations vividly highlighted the remarkable transformation from "campus students" to "dynamic newcomers in the workplace," while also offering several innovative and highly actionable suggestions for improvement.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Zeng Ran analyzed the current trends in the cutting tool industry, outlined the company’s core development directions, and introduced a "three-step approach" for new employees to foster growth: First, "aim for the bullseye"—narrow down product categories, identify key market segments, and drive technology adoption in critical areas such as robotics and intelligent manufacturing, as well as the burgeoning new energy vehicle sector. Second, "root yourself in the frontline"—immerse yourself in production environments, turning challenges into valuable insights, and transforming those insights into lasting, institutionalized processes. Finally, "quantify your results"—set clear, scientifically aligned work objectives, and build a closed-loop mechanism of "problem identification—improvement—standardization," blending depth and breadth to ensure continuous progress.

Zhang Yinhang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, encouraged the new employees to embrace the transformation from "technical learners" to "innovation leaders," emphasizing that they should align themselves with the company's needs, turn theoretical knowledge into practical solutions for production-line challenges, and become pioneers driving the company’s innovative growth.

New employees unanimously expressed their commitment to diving into their work with enthusiasm, embracing a positive attitude as they seamlessly integrate into the team. They pledged to stay grounded, diligently learn and reflect, and continuously strive for improvement—determined to contribute their youthful energy to the company’s growth and success.
