3. Activity Details

Strictly enforce the "Three Adherences and Three Inspections." Focusing on quality improvement, we will drive all employees to strictly follow the "operate according to drawings, processes, and standards" procedure, enforce rigorous process discipline, and eliminate any non-compliant practices. We will fully implement the "self-inspection, peer inspection, and specialized inspection" check mechanism, promptly track and address identified issues, ensuring consistent product quality and strengthening comprehensive process quality control.

Optimize the "Non-conforming Products" handling process. Establish a temporary storage area for non-conforming products, implement a dynamic management ledger to track in real time the entire process—from the generation and handling of non-conformities to their movement through the system—thereby eliminating quality risks. Strictly enforce the "Scrap Management and Assessment Measures," using performance evaluations to ensure accountability. Additionally, analyze the root causes behind frequently occurring scrap issues, enhance employee training, and proactively reduce scrap-related losses, ultimately lowering overall quality costs.
