On January 27, the company held the 6th Session of the 5th Workers’ Congress and the 5th Congress of Trade Union Members. The meeting thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Central Economic Work Conference, comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work carried out in 2025, analyzed the current situation, planned for development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and laid out key tasks for 2026.

At the meeting, Zeng Ran, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a work report titled “Leading with Quality, Driving with Innovation, and Striving to Write a New Chapter of High-Quality Development.” Zhang Yinhang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, read out the commendation decisions. The meeting was chaired by Wang Huabing, Chief Accountant.

The meeting pointed out that 2025 will be a year of steady progress and strategic empowerment for the company—a year in which all employees and cadres will rise to the challenge, overcome difficulties, and strive with determination. Throughout this year, the company has adhered to the overarching work principle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability and using progress to bolster stability." It has broken through barriers in innovative R&D, boldly advanced in market development, and achieved quality improvements and efficiency gains through management reforms. As a result, the company’s comprehensive competitiveness across the entire value chain has been further strengthened, and it has made significant strides in replacing imports in high-end markets and expanding into emerging fields. Operating revenue and output value have maintained steady growth, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period with outstanding achievements.

The meeting emphasized that 2026, as the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, is a pivotal year for us—marking both the continuation of our past achievements and the launch of a new era. It is also a critical year for the company to make a comprehensive leap toward “high-quality development.” Faced with the opportunities and challenges of 2026, we must focus precisely on ten key areas, ensure rigorous implementation, and work in synergy to pool our strengths, striving to achieve steady growth in business targets and write a new chapter of high-quality development for the company. First, we must concentrate on enhancing product quality and strive for single-category championships in segmented markets. Second, we should zero in on core technologies, tackle tough challenges, and accelerate efforts toward import substitution. Third, we need to deepen and refine our marketing strategies, combining technical expertise with sales efforts to seize niche market segments. Fourth, we must promote lean production, boost output and efficiency, and meet order delivery deadlines ahead of schedule. Fifth, we should speed up investment in technological upgrades, strengthen industrial chains, and lay a solid foundation for advanced intelligent manufacturing. Sixth, we should carry out value engineering initiatives, reduce costs and control expenses, and enhance our competitive edge. Seventh, we must prioritize employee development, cultivating talent internally and attracting external expertise to build a strong talent base for the company. Eighth, we must reinforce incentive mechanisms and performance-based compensation to improve labor productivity. Ninth, we must advance digital transformation and integrate informatization with industrialization to drive industrial upgrading. Tenth, we must strictly enforce Party discipline and strengthen the leading role of Party building to provide robust guarantees.

During the meeting, the outstanding workers for 2025 were recognized and rewarded, responses were provided to employee proposals, and the fifth-term Trade Union Committee and the Financial Review Committee were elected.
