On October 27, the company held its Q3 2025 Business Performance Analysis Meeting, where the company’s operational status for the third quarter was reported, key tasks for the fourth quarter were outlined, and all employees and cadres were encouraged to work vigorously during the final quarter, ensuring the high-quality completion of this year’s objectives. Zhang Yinhang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech.
Mr. Zhang summarized the company's overall performance for the third quarter and outlined the next steps ahead, emphasizing the need for all employees and cadres to adopt an industrialized mindset, firmly establish a sense of compliance, and consistently focus on problem-solving, goal-oriented approaches, and results-driven execution. The Tool Research Institute and the Quality Management Department should leverage various R&D projects and quality improvement initiatives as key drivers to ensure that product development stays ahead of the curve and delivers tangible outcomes—working diligently to strengthen both R&D efforts and quality assurance. Meanwhile, each functional department is tasked with reviewing the year-end key tasks, identifying gaps, and systematically addressing them one by one to ensure full implementation.
The meeting called on everyone to treat the fourth quarter as the decisive closing phase for the entire year—and also as a critical juncture for planning ahead. In the face of a challenging market environment, all managers and employees must stay firmly focused on our annual goals, approaching this final stretch with a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Let’s rally our energy and give it our all in the fourth quarter, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed all our annual targets and tasks, thus securing a successful finish to the 14th Five-Year Plan.
At the meeting, the Milling Tool Branch Factory, Equipment Manufacturing Company, Logistics Operations Department, and Sales Department delivered exchange speeches. Members of the company's leadership team, heads of various departments, directors of each research laboratory at the Tool Research Institute, factory directors of all branch factories, and planning & scheduling officers attended the meeting.
