On August 31, the closing ceremony of the 3rd "Qinchuan Cup" Employee Skills Competition was held at Hanjiang Tools, a subsidiary of Qinchuan Group. Ma Xuyao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, attended the event and delivered a speech. Leaders including Li Tao, Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Machinery, Metallurgy, and Building Materials Trade Union, also attended and presented awards.

QinChuan Group Union Chairman Hang Baojun chaired the meeting. During the session, attendees watched a video reviewing the competition events. QinChuan Group Vice President, Secretary of the Hanjiang Tools Party Committee, and Chairman Zeng Ran then provided commentary on the competition and announced the results.
This year's skills competition saw the Hanjiang Tools Union awarded the "Outstanding Organizing Unit" honor, while two competitors—Guo Wenzheng and Wang Haifeng—were recognized as "Technical Pioneers." Additionally, Wei Pengfei and Han Xiaohua earned the title of "Technical Experts," and Xu Ning clinched the prestigious "Technical Champion" award. Guo Yi was honored as the "Outstanding Organizational Worker."
Nearly 100 people attended, including senior executives in charge from each participating company, competitors, judges, team leaders, and representatives from HanGong employees.
