On January 11, the company held the 4th session of its 5th Employee Representative Conference in Conference Room No. 5. The meeting provided a comprehensive review of the work carried out in 2024, objectively analyzed existing challenges and shortcomings, clearly defined the business strategies and goals for 2025, and outlined key initiatives. Zeng Ran, Party Secretary and Chairman, delivered a work report titled "Empowering Innovation to Drive Transformation and Build a More Competitive, Modern Enterprise." Zhang Yinhang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, read out the decision on recognizing outstanding achievements. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Tao, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union.

The meeting emphasized that 2025 marks both the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the launch year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Focus on product portfolio structure, prioritizing the development of standout, high-potential product categories; 2.
