On January 11, the company held the 4th session of its 5th Employee Representative Conference in Conference Room No. 5. The meeting provided a comprehensive review of the work carried out in 2024, objectively analyzed existing challenges and shortcomings, clearly defined the business strategies and goals for 2025, and outlined key initiatives.
