To deepen the integration of Party building with business operations and to use high-quality Party building to drive high-quality development, on December 31, 2025, the Party branch of the Hanjiang Tool & Cutter Research Institute and the Fifth Party branch of Heye Technology held a paired joint construction activity titled “Strengthening Collaboration through Joint Party Building, Working Together to Empower Dual Development.”
After touring the production workshop of Heye Technology, the two sides held a symposium to conduct a comprehensive review of the first phase of their joint efforts. They summarized the achievements made in Party building collaboration and business synergy since the start of the joint initiative, and engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as technological breakthroughs and sharing of market resources.
Zeng Ran, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hanjiang Tools, and Mi Yongwang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Heye Technology, attended the joint construction and exchange event. They fully affirmed the positive results achieved since the establishment of the pairing relationship in 2025, highlighting the mutual integration and synergistic advancement of Party building and business operations. They also outlined clear directions for the joint Party-building efforts in 2026. Both sides unanimously agreed to take this event as a new starting point, continuously refine the joint construction mechanisms, enrich the substance of their collaboration, closely focus on core work, establish diversified activity platforms, and, through a series of practical measures, effectively transform the advantages of Party building into developmental advantages.
Delegates from both parties visited the Xibaipo Red Education Base to carry out a themed Party Day activity. They toured the Xibaipo Memorial Hall and reaffirmed their入党 oath in front of the site of the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee.
