As a key project in the company’s “Year of Structural Adjustment,” the expansion and capacity enhancement of the Wenling Grinding Center have entered their final stage. This upgrade focuses primarily on optimizing the facility layout, upgrading equipment, and expanding service offerings—aiming to break through production bottlenecks and deliver faster, more efficient tool-grinding services to customers. Ultimately, it will inject stronger momentum into the company’s business expansion within the East China cutting-tool market.
The new location of the sharpening center boasts an industrial environment that better aligns with the demands of mid-to-high-end manufacturing services. The new facility features ample space, ensuring a clean and well-organized working environment. In terms of equipment, the center has recently added several high-performance machines, including gear hob sharpening grinders and CNC tool grinders, enabling it to handle a wider range of cutting tools. These advanced tools also come equipped with features like in-process wheel dressing, further boosting sharpening capacity and operational efficiency. In terms of services, while continuing to cater to traditional manufacturing sectors, the center now expands its reach into emerging industries such as new energy and gearbox manufacturing. It specializes in precision grinding of specialized tools like helical-groove hobs, gear-cutting tools, and alloy hobs, significantly reducing turnaround times for tool reconditioning. This not only helps customers cut tooling costs but also enhances their overall production efficiency.
